CCIM Member, David Hitchcock Helps Sell Land for $3,500,000

West Coast Chapter Member David Hitchcock helped Morrison Partnership sell a Ranch and Citrus Grove parcel to Tenant Holdings for $3,500,000. The parcel consisted of 457 acres of which included 238 acres of wetlands. The sales price per acre was $7,658/gross acre or $15,981/upland acre.

“This is an example where once rural ranch and agricultural properties are now being bought for development,” says CCIM David Hitchcock, who specializes in land deals.
Once under contract the deal took 4 months to close.
