FleetZoo relocates with assist from Central District’s West

FleetZoo LLC, a software company specializing in fleet route optimization, recently relocated from the Quadrangle off University Boulevard, Orlando, to offices at 1133 Louisiana Ave., Winter Park.

NAI Realvest Vice President Mary Frances West, CCIM represented the tenant, which is managed by Mansooreh Mollaghasemi of Winter Park. NAI Broker Associate Zac Starkey represented Emerson International Inc., the developer and landlord of Louisiana Office Park.

West does Landlord representation and tenant representation in the marketplace on Class A -B office buildings and flex buildings. Over the last 11 years, she has represented the following owners: Kaufman Realty(Atlanta) , Adler Development (Miami), BGK Investments ( Sante Fe), Principal Financial (Des Moines, Iowa), Mayur Madhvani (Africa, London), and CNL Realty etc. Typically the buildings are in the 35k to 120k s.f. range. She also does tenant representation for defense contractors and other office users including: AAI Corp, Anteon, SAAB Training, LLC, Cole Engineering to name a few. West also sold an OREO for Regions Bank and land to a developer for a retail use.

West was a commercial real estate lender and special assets banker from 1984 to 1994. Initially, she was with First with Bank of Oklahoma, N.A. in Tulsa, Oklahoma and then Barnett Bank of Central Florida, N.A.in Orlando, Florida. BBCF was purchased by Nations Bank and is now Bank of America. She started in commercial real estate brokerage in February 1995 with Faison that was purchased by Trammell Crow in July 1998. Later, she joined Carter (an Atlanta southeastern regional brokerage firm) in Orlando in April of 2000. Ms. West joined NAI Realvest in February of 2006.

A long-time member of the Florida Chapter’s Central District, West has earned a B.A, MBA, her broker’s license and obtained the CCIM Designation on October 31, 2001.
