• Allyn Tropical Holdings, LLC acquired the 26,421-square-foot Cypress Lake Professional Center, at 9371 Cypress Lake Dr., Fort Myers, Fla., from Captain Investments, Inc., for $1,300,000. Adam Palmer, CCIM and Artem Nashman, CCIM of LandQwest Commercial represented the seller.
• Stephen W. Buckley, Trustee and Cape Coral First Note Land Trust acquired a 4,050-square-foot office property at 461 Del Prado Blvd. S., Cape Coral, Fla., from Michael G. Wenzlaff and Christy L. Wenzlaff for $553,100. Bruce Micciche, CCIM of LandQwest Commercial represented the buyer.
