NAI Miami Negotiates Sale of Miami Office Building For $356 PSF

NAI Miami’s Edward Schmidt, CCIM, Taraneh Dugas, and Timothy Merriman Jr. negotiated the sale of an office building located at 4700 Biscayne Boulevard in Miami.

The seller was MGB Biscayne Boulevard Corp and the buyer is The Cushman School, Inc.

The sale price was $13,500,000 or $356 per square foot.

This five-story property will become the new High School for the Cushman School. Founded in 1924, the Cushman School expanded in 2017 from Pre-K to 8th Grade by adding a high school that opened fall of 2017.
