Florida CCIM Chapter Leads Industry at The Franchise Show’s Tampa Event

The Florida CCIM Chapter was recognized as an industry leader at the recent Franchise Show in Tampa where chapter members promoted the value of the CCIM designation and networked with business leaders.

Show Owners, Franchise Marketing Systems, in their 7th consecutive year of exhibiting with National Events franchise exposition – chose the Florida CCIM Chapter to participate as experts in real estate investment analysis when their high-performing event made a recent shop in West Florida.

Franchise Marketing Systems is a franchise development and franchise consulting group who works with new and existing businesses to develop, promote and market franchise concepts to scale brands into new markets. The National Event shows are held on a relatively frequent basis in markets across the U.S. and Canada and are excellent venues for meeting and interacting face to face with other franchise industry professionals and franchise brands.

The Florida CCIM Chapter was invited to exhibit and present insights Sept 7th and 8th at the show’s stop at the Tampa Convention Center. Florida CCIM Chapter Leader and CCIM Institute Instructor Gary Ralston presented the seminar “Make Stronger Commercial Investment Decisions.”

Attendees were able to learn why CCIM Florida Chapter Members can:

• Make stronger reliable buy/sell commercial investment decisions.
• Learn the relationship between cap rate, price, and net operating income.
• Financial Analysis on Commercial Real Estate.

At the well-attended booth inside the trade show, Florida CCIM Chapter Leadership met directly with business owners and investors.

“The show was a big success for designation promotion as it allowed CCIM to get in front of the many attendees and make them aware of the expertise and services that CCIM has to offer investors in commercial real estate. Gary Ralston made an excellent presentation on site selection, lease negotiation, and financial analysis,” the chapter leader explained.
