Providence One Partners, a Lake Mary, Fla. based multi-disciplined real estate development, investment, and consulting company, has broken ground on a new office/retail building at the front entrance of the premier Colonial TownPark in Lake Mary, Fla that will also become home to the company.
Focused on client-driven real estate solutions, Providence One Partners was founded in 2008 by Tom Green and Michelle Pierce. They have a distinguished track record and over 60 years of industry experience in multiple property types.
Scheduled for occupancy in the first quarter of 2019, the ground floor features 5,400 square feet of retail or restaurant space with a patio seating option. Providence One will occupy 2,700 square feet on the second floor with an additional 2,700 square feet of Class A office space available for lease.
“It’s a strategically located building at the front entrance of and last developable parcel in the award winning Colonial TownPark. By introducing this high-quality, boutique Class A asset into the market, we have the opportunity to attract select high-grade tenants seeking a prominent walkable business home with signage opportunities” noted Pierce. “With my partner Tom having led the development of Colonial TownPark from the ground up, it’s fitting that our Headquarters building be located there. We are excited to deliver a complementary mixed-use Building as the last piece of this development”
Providence One Partners retained Crossman & Company to lease the 10,000+ square foot, two story building. Crossman & Company has experience in retail and office leasing, property management and investment sales of shopping centers, single-tenant, triple-net assets, as well as mixed-use and lifestyle properties.
“This is a unique opportunity for a restaurant or retailer in a prime established mixed-use location. It has exceptional access to major roadways and is convenient to adjacent major employers and nearby high-income residential neighborhoods,” said Crossman & Company CEO John Crossman, CCIM. “The building’s second floor is a rare opportunity that allows a small tenant to have a significant presence in an exclusive office asset with monument signage,” explained the Florida CCIM Chapter’s Central District Veteran.
