Bill Eshenbaugh, ALC, CCIM and Jack Koehler, CCIM, closed on 263 acres in Weeki Wachee, Florida for $3,200,000. The property has entitlements for 842 residential units and contains over half a mile of frontage along US 19. This location abuts the Glen Lakes Community and the 85,000-acre Chasshowitzka Wildlife Refuge.

Bill and Jack represented the seller, ACF 10-A Glen Lakes, LLC. The buyer was Walton Global Investments Ltd.
