The Seller owned the property as a Mobile Home Park for almost 30 years.
This sale follows other noteworthy Land Sales where Ross represented the Seller, such as the Chart House at Rocky Point, now newly developed Season Apartments, and the Edgewater Drive Site in Clearwater.
