CCIM Receives FGCAR Pinnacle Award

Each year, the Pinnacle Awards honor Florida Gulf Coast Commercial Association of Realtors members for top deals and top production at national and regional levels. On March 26, it was announced that Paula Clair Smith, CCIM, Managing Director of Commercial Services, with Colliers International won a FGCAR Pinnacle Award!

Paula Clair Smith, was named the No. 3 top producer in the national retail brokerage category. Her retail production include representing the tenant for a high-end salon in downtown St. Petersburg, disposition of a vacated Burger King in Largo, and working with nonprofits, such as with SPCA Tampa Bay on a new location in Palm Harbor.

When asked about her thoughts on receiving this award, Paula says, “More than any other time we realize we are not silos. We join organizations to become part of a valuable group to exchange and contribute,” Paula continues, “Being a member of both CCIM and FGCAR has brought rewards for my clients through the on-going training, interaction and transactions afforded me through these associations. FGCAR’s recognition further confirms the validity of participating in these professional organizations that promote partnership, pivoting and repeating for many years.”
