On October 28th, 3.29 Heavy Industrial Acres at 2981 Cargo St, Fort Myers, FL was purchased by “CMC Concrete Corp” represented by Barbara Ann Monahan, CCIM of MVP Realty – Commercial Services. The Seller, “Black Marlin, LLC “ was represented by Jay Crandall, CCIM. This parcel is the neighboring 2.94 Acres at 3251-61 Cargo St sold to Chris Paradiso and Mario Mastronardi of Brooklyn, NY and represented by Monahan. They will be bringing a new concrete company, “South West Concrete”, to the Area. Tom Woodyard, CCIM represented the Seller, H.I.S. Cabinetry, in this transaction on July 9, 2021.
