256 Unit Single Family Development Site Sells for $2M

National Land Realty brokered a 68.7 acre, 256 unit single family development site in Polk County, FL on August 30th of this year. The property was sold at $2,001,000 to Avex Homes LLC by Ben Crosby, CCIM, ALC. This site was fully entitled with much of the environmental work completed.The RPUD was in place with a preliminary site plan binding the 256 units. All that was needed to move forward with the site construction was the completion of the permitting with the regulatory agencies and final site plan approval.
