Days Inn Clermont Sold

Maitland-based Commercial America Properties is please to announce the sale of the Days Inn Clermont. The 120 room full service hotel features restaurant, lounge, significant meeting/catering space and swimming pool. Situated at the confluence of US Highway 27, Highway 19, and the Ronald Reagan Florida Turnpike, the property was originally built in the 1970’s and has experienced numerous renovations.

The buyers intend to renovate the entire property, creating a number of new extended stay style suites. When completed, the renovations will include updating the lobby and restaurant areas. Robin Webb, former Global President of the CCIM Institute, who brokered the property stated,

“Groveland has experienced better than a 100% growth in the last decade and it continues to attract major distribution facilities. This is the city’s largest lodging property and we are confident that the modernized hotel will be something the city and its citizens will be proud of.”

The seller of the hotel was Marwa Investments, LLC and the buyer was ABGCHL.
