7,803 SF Retail Building in Tampa Sells for $2.2M

Jeff Dervech, CCIM of Dervech Real Estate, Inc. has arranged the $2.20 million sale of a 7,803-square-foot retail building located at 8725 N Dale Mabry Hwy in Tampa, FL. At the time of sale, the building was vacant, zoned commercial neighborhood on 0.89 acres and formerly housed “Rugs of the World”. The infill building is located on the east side of Dale Mabry Highway, north of Waters Ave and south of Busch Blvd. The seller was a local private partnership, and the buyer was an out of state entity with plans to occupy the existing structure for a new business. Deal closed in 77 days at 100% of asking price.
