Please include your 2023 RPAC Investment with your 2023 dues. It is incredibly important that the Florida CCIM Chapter leads in advocacy for our commercial real estate issues and policies. Over the past three years we have won victories in the Florida Legislature with the reduction (commencing in 2024) of the Business Rent Tax from 5.5% to 2%, the elimination of witnesses on commercial leases, the approval of electronic notarizations, and most importantly, being deemed an essential service provider during Covid.

While our friends in other states like Pennsylvania were shut down for close to a year, CCIM members in Florida provided our customers and clients the needed services to keep our economy healthy and growing. This did not happen by accident. It was your RPAC investments that laid the groundwork for the above achievements.

RPAC supports Realtor and CCIM friendly candidates regardless of their party affiliation. It only works if you invest. Please include $20 or more with your dues and we can lead the CCIM nation.
