Elliott M. Ross, CCIM, President of The Ross Realty Group, Inc. announces the sale of the Free Standing Former Truist Bank Branch located at 7919 Gunn Hwy. in Tampa, FL 33626.

The transaction closed on June 26, 2024, at a sale price of $2,00,000.00.

The Buyer, USF Federal Credit Union, a Florida based Federal Credit Union, is planning to open a branch at that location. Bryan Jerome, CCIM, President and Broker of Cornerstone Commercial Realty represented the buyer.

The Ross Realty Group, Inc. and agents Elliott M. Ross, CCIM, and Chris Shryock, Senior Associate, exclusively represented the Seller, SARC FL -Tampa, LLC in this transaction.
