As the sun shines bright, I hope you’re taking some time to soak it up and recharge during this summer season.

Congratulations to the newly elected 2025 FL CCIM Chapter leadership team! They recently returned from the Chapter Officer Training in Salt Lake City, energized and prepared for a successful year ahead. I anticipate great things under the leadership of 2025 FL CCIM Chapter President Michael D. Hinton, CCIM, in the coming year.

A big round of applause to Rick Gonzalez, the winner of our fun RPAC Baby Contest! Thanks to everyone who participated – together, we raised over $2,600.00 for RPAC. Your contribution helps advocate for the interests of commercial real estate on a local, state and national level.
