CCIM Designation Portfolio

REQUIREMENTS

Three Types of Portfolios:

  1. Traditional,
  2. Streamlined, and
  3. Non-Transactional

They are dependent on years of FULL-time Commercial work and whether you do pure Commercial Transactions or other Commercial Activities.

You are required to have Commercial Activities of:

  1. $30 Million in Volume in Three or More Activities/Transactions, or
  2. $10 Million in exactly 10 Activities/Transactions, or
  3. No Specified Volume with 20 Activities

Important Notes:

  • Review the Most Current Online Portfolio Brochure for Guidelines used to grade your Portfolio.
  • A Chapter Recommendation should be Requested At Least 2 Weeks befor the Portfolio Deadline.
  • Do NOT hit Submit before your Chapter Recommendation is completed.
  • The Designated Chapter Representatives will request to see your work and will assist you with putting your Portfolio in the Proper Format and give you tips on how and what the Graders will look at.
  • Candidate Guidance Workshops will be given a few times a year to further explain the Portfolio.

  • Exam Registration Deadline: September 22, MARCH 15, 2024
