FLCCIM Chapter President’s Message

Dear Florida CCIM Chapter Members,

As we are going through an exciting year, I’m thrilled to share some highlights from our first quarter. Together, we’ve achieved remarkable milestones, further solidifying our chapter’s impact. These accomplishments wouldn’t be possible without your continued dedication and commitment. CCIM was well represented the Tallahassee at several Legislative sessions with Florida Realtors advocating for our Commercial issues. We had new activities rolling out from our Innovation challenge to engage our members in new ways, with more opportunities to network in the second quarter.

I’m also excited to announce our new Nominating Committee, who will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our chapter’s leadership. Their expertise and vision will ensure we continue building a thriving CCIM community. Thank you to those who have volunteered!

Looking ahead, we’re gearing up for the Global CCIM Spring Forum in Miami at the end of the month. This is an incredible opportunity to connect with industry leaders, exchange ideas, and showcase the vitality of our chapter. I encourage you all to participate and make the most of this event.
