The class will start promptly at 9 am, and you will need a high-speed internet connection if you plan to view the ZOOM webinar, as well as have STDB open and active simultaneously. STDB utilizes a lot of bandwidth while in use.

Objective
The overall purpose of the three online classes is to help commercial real estate professionals understand the tools within Site To Do Business by accessing the available data, converting that into usable and valuable information, and in doing so gain immeasurable knowledge for better decision making in commercial real estate.
Session 1 – Business Analyst (BEGINNERS)
- Creating market areas (by location, geography, and polygon)
- Running Reports (classic reports, infographics, comparison reports)
- Break out exercises – We will break into groups. Each group will be given an exercise based on what has been learned.

Session 2 – Business Analyst (INTERMEDIATE)
- Color Coding Mapping (by geography and hexbins)
- Smart Map Search (by geography and hexbins)
- Points of Interest (by name, type, and NAICs code)
- Import File
