OVERVIEW
- Schedule and Administers the Florida courses you take (the Instructors are trained and courses written by the CCIM Institute to maintain the highest standards)
- We are fortunate enough to have several CCIM Instructors from Florida
- Is unusual in having local districts to better network and give us additional benefits
- The Districts arrange and pay for the Networking Socials held with most classes
- Have numerous members who contribute their time to the CCIM National Institute
- Assisted in making local and online classes possible
- Always has a very strong representation on the National CCIM Board of Directors
- Has had at least one FLCCIM Designee on the CCIM Institute Executive Committee for many years
- Have Designated Member Volunteer to do your Chapter Recommendation
- Has had five CCIM Institute National Past Presidents (and one running in 2023)
- We usually have approximately 50 Floridians in attendance at the National CCIM Meetings (about 20% of Attendees)
- The Chapter and its 8 Districts award Scholarships to assist Candidate “Members” every year – 28 statewide
- The Chapter Pays for the Congratulatory Dinner for New CCIM Designee Members
- Members host a Florida Hospitality Suite at National and State Meetings on their own dime. This Suite is open to other attendees which promotes worldwide networking (resulting in more business)
- Buys the Red FLCCIM Jacket gifts for New “Chapter Member” Designees
- Congratulate our New Designee Chapter Members to a gratis dinner
- Promote All the “Chapter Member” New Designees through newsletter, website, and Social Media Promotion
