3. A Foundation Course Introduces you to the concepts taught in the CCIM Core Courses Optional but extremely helpful in knowing whether the CCIM Designation is for you
4. The Required Core Courses : CI-101 CI-102 CI-103 CI-104.

5. Elective Credits are a Requirement.
Bob Ward Courses cover a multitude of Subjects and have Elective Credits
6. Online “Commercial” Ethics Course – Required
7. Portfolio of your Activities including a Chapter Recommendation – Required
8. CCR (2 Day Course Concept Review). Optional but this will prepare you for the final Exam
9. Comprehensive Final Exam – Required
10. The Pinning Ceremony and Congratulations from the Florida CCIM Chapter
11. The FL Chapter New Designee Dinner – Gratis for Members of the Florida CCIM Chapter
12. After the Approval of your Portfolio, make your Registrations and Travel Arrangements.
NOTE: DON’T make your Return Flights, etc. for the Day of the Exam.
Reasons:
- If you didn’t Pass, there is a Study Help Session in the Evening & an Opportunity for a Retake Exam the next day.
- The Pinning Ceremony is the Official Presentation of your CCIM Designation
- The New Designee Dinner is that evening New Designee “Chapter” Members are our Guests
- You can attend the Board of Directors Meeting the next morning and do the First Thing as an Official CCIM Designee:
- VOTE for FLCCIMs running for The CCIM Institute Board of Directors
