YPN Bio: Larissa Dutra, MBA

Larissa completed her Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. She is a CCIM Candidate and is a graduate of the 2020 Florida CCIM Mentorship Program. She proudly served her nation as a member of the United States Army National Guard, assigned to duty as a Financial Management Technician. She founded and managed multiple businesses, which gives her the ability to understand the “pros and cons” of leasing and buying commercial space. Prior to starting her real estate career, Larissa spent a few years investing in real estate properties acquiring extensive knowledge which allows her to maximize profits in all investment opportunities. She currently holds multiple licenses in Real Estate and Community Association Management together with fluency in multiple foreign languages including Portuguese and Spanish.
